Testing and Results

Should I continue to take my medication before being tested?

Please consult with your prescribing physician regarding any potential drug interactions.

How long before my test order expires?

Your order never expires.

What states can utilize the CashLabs™ test offerings?

All states except for MD, NJ, NY and RI.

Will I get my test results via email?

Due to HIPAA policies, results are not emailed. However, an email will be sent to you notifying you that your results have been uploaded to your secure member account. You may also review your results on our free mobile app for iOS and Android.

When will I receive my test kit?

We ship all CashLabs™ test kits, nationally*, at no charge to you via USPS Priority Mail, FedEX or UPS. You should receive your test kit in 2-5 business days depending on your state and carrier.

What if I receive an abnormal result?

Abnormalities should be considered an early warning, but do not necessarily mean you have an illness or disease. We strongly recommend you discuss the results with your healthcare provider for evaluation, further testing and diagnosis.

Are my results kept confidential?

Yes, except when laws require reporting positive results to government agencies. We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. You are the only one who receives the results unless you specify otherwise, with a signed HIPAA form.

Will I be able to understand my results?

All test results include the normal reference ranges, with abnormalities indicated. We recommend you consult your healthcare provider to discuss any and all received results.

When will I receive my test results?

Please view test descriptions for expected turnaround time for each test. Most results are available in as little as 7 days after being processed. You will receive an email when your results have been uploaded to your secure member account.

Will my Healthcare Provider receive a copy of my results?

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. You are the only one who receives the results unless you specify otherwise in writing.

There is a doctor listed on my order form. Why is this?

The doctor that is listed on your requisition is our ordering Medical Director for your state.
